Returns/Refunds Policy

Zoo Stool places utmost importance on ensuring our products meet your expectations. If your product is damaged, not fit for purpose or not as described, please let us know immediately within 24 hours via email and to arrange collection or parcel postage with us. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, with all tags, in full unopened original packaging, in a saleable and undamaged state. We will initiate the refund process immediately upon receipt of the item. Depending on payment method used, this could take up to 28 days.

PAYMENT AND TAXES

Zoo Stool accepts online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. All prices are shown in Euro, and are correct at the time of publication.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email or phone call from us within 48hr of your order outlining that your item has shipped. Items in stock will be shipped out within 3 working days. If items need to be ordered from our manufacturers, we will update you of the delivery lead time. If in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock or discontinued, we will let you know as early as possible, and offer a full refund, or suggest an alternative item.
